What wonderful service.    This bridal shop is awsome. They helped make my son's bride so happy with all the selection and service.  The brides dress fit perfectly. I wanted to try on a specific dress by Maggie Sottero. I first went to House of Fashion and they did not have any of the styles I wanted to try on I called around all of Sacramento and no one had it. Finally I expanded my search and found it. I drove all the way up there and not only was it worth the trip to try on the dress but their customer service was OUTSTANDING. The girls were not only helpful and knowledgeable but gave me the personal attention a bride deserves, to them every bride is special and deserves one on one attention. When I first began looking for bridal dresses, I was really nervous about how pushy some sales people can be, I found at lynnette's she just helps you to fell comftorable, there was no rushing to get me to commit to a dress she told me to go home and think it over and if I decided I wanted to use her shop, that would be wonderful, but I dident feel like I was being rushed into somthing, especially since a wedding dress is such a mojor purchase. I fell in love with one of the dresses, and just knew it was the one, I went back to try it on one more time, I just dropped in and again lynette was just so helpful and nice and wonderful. I recomend lynettes to anyone who doesnt want to feel pressured, and who really appreciates quality costomer service.   Halley The staff is knowledgeable about all of her products, able to help with fittings for the bride and the entire wedding party and recommend other businesses for the services that she does not provide. She will even call other vendors to assure you receive the best service possible! We love Lynette's!!!!! They have an intimate setting but a huge selection. I went to all the big stores in Sacramento and Roseville but felt neglected, rushed and pressured to buy. I found a lot of dresses I liked but none that I loved. When i went there I found so many dresses I loved and eventually found the dress I will be getting married in. The staff was friendly, patient and they had the best prices I saw any where. I absolutely loved my experience. They were so wonderful to work with for my wedding dress - and we enjoyed our time there so much that we used them for our invitations and accessories. We got so much more help and attention than the other bridal shops, and would recommend them to any bride. My experience in the store was fantastic. The staff is friendly, no pressure, and PATIENT.I tried on a million gowns and then tried them all on over again and they didn't bat an eye. When I was there, I felt like I was the most important thing in the world to her! And the selection is great. In fact, I ended up buying my wedding gown here. I got loads of compliments and got to be the beautiful bride I've always dreamed of being. Siggy My daughter had a wedding dress crisis in the Bay Area after a warehouse fire. I urged her to come to Grass Valley. It was great! They actually opened the store exclusively for my daughter on a Sunday afternoon, when the store is normally closed. They helped her find the perfect dress available off the rack in the store, had it altered and ready to go in three days!!! They saved the day and calmed our spirits at the same time. BRAVO!!
